Very friendly staff and residents, safe and secure environment for family or friends to have get outings or vacations. Kinda packed if looking for long stays but its gotta very good boat dock and small are for kids to swim in, also fishing with licence for those who enjoy just going for the morning catch!

BEWARE of this NASTY place! It is crawling with dirty, skanky, twitching crack heads and drunks. Apparently most of the people there are permanent residents because we overheard a bunch of them talking about how long they've been there and not only that but, they're building permanent sheds and other things in their spots. Supposedly, a bunch of the creeps work for the owner (Walter) who likes to make the rules up as he goes. Don't be surprised if you get a stupid little note taped to your property that tells you to "come to the office" like you're in kindergarten and he's the principal. Bottom line, this place is full of scummy, classless, elementary clowns and I would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Great place. Great marina. Great food. But I do miss Dexter. I would suggest the couple of unfavorable reviews I’ve seen here are complete and utter BS. An obvious abuse of google business reviews to grind a personal axe. I’ve been here numerous occasions, and met the proprietors. A very well ran business.
