This place is great! We love it here!
I have never posted a review before but after seeing the reviews on here I had to leave one. I would like to say we have been here over 4 years and have enjoyed every day we have been here. If there are ANY problems at the park rather it be a noisy neighbor ( which we have only experienced once ) , dogs running loose, strange vehicles coming in the park ( which is VERY rare ) , etc... the manager Donna takes care of it IMMEDIATELY!!! It don't matter the time of day either. I have seen reviews that people say there are big dogs.. pitts.. etc... I can say there is none here I have seen. As far as the "raw" sewage there WAS a problem which was fixed IMMEDIATELY!! As like anywhere you live.. a house.. apartment.. there are going to be problems. Management here is on top of everything that goes on in the park and makes sure things get done. It is very quiet out here and a majority of the people that live here have been here for many years... from looking at the reviews it looks to me they are the ones that got kicked out for not following the rules of the park as management won't put up with nonsense. There must be something going on good here or there wouldn't be so many still here for so long right? I just happened to surf the internet and checked out this park and saw the reviews so I had post one. VERY happy residents we are.. :)
I am Donna, the manager of this park. Even the negative reviews are a learning experience for us here at the park. I welcome anyone interested in moving into our park for any length of time, to come , drive thru the park and see for yourself. Yes, we had sewer problems, but they have been taken care of with a brand new septic system installed a little over a month ago. No, our website does not state about the dogs, but that is something we can work on. We do have some large dogs here but they have been here a long time and are not of the vicious breeds . Yes, we do not allow pits or pit mixes, rots or dobs, but that is for the safety of ALL our residents, and no , we do not have any on the property. No, I am not in the office all the time. I am on the property and available by phone at all times.My number is posted in several places as is my site #. I do my best not to lie to anyone and if I have I am truly sorry. We welcome all feedback about the park and it is a helpful learning tool. As I said earlier, please come out and drive thru the park and see for yourself. If I am not in the office, you can call and I will meet you and show you around and answer any of your questions.
Management two strict on company and if you own your own R.V. and it sleeps 6 , then you should be able to have 6 living in it if that's what you choose!
My parents live here. Nice little place but could use an upgrade with the public bathroom and laundrymat.
