Quite place to live
We have been living here almost 6 mos. and find it to be very quiet even though it is located right off Boyd Road (Hwy 730). Azle is about 3 miles south where you will find a Super Walmart, Albertsons, Blockbuster, and several restaurants. Lake Worth is a 20 min. drive if you want to venture into a larger town. There are about 15 all-gravel sites, some with smaller trees and a good-sized grassy area with larger trees. The spaces can not accomodate anything longer than about 36' (which is our rig size). The price was right for us considering that the utilities were included. There is Hughes internet service- rather slow and tempremental at times. This is a basic park- no showers, washer/dryers, or community center. The office is located at the front of the park and the owner is there most of time. She is very business-oriented, but she is also respectful of tenants and will not bother you. She is also accomodating if you need to do repairs on either your vehicle or your rig, as long as you keep your space clean. About 1/3 of the tenants are permanant.
