Great service and friendly, helpful staff, but the facility itself is in need of an upgrade up front. There are three mail drops outside the business counter area that are available after hours. However, they only accommodate up to a large envelope. There is no place to drop off a prepaid box, even a small one! A self service postage and drop off bin large enough to mail a box would be a great addition to this facility since the counter closes at 4:30p and most of us cannot get there by that time.
Rudest and most unprofessional post office I've ever been to. Also my packages have been coming up missing.
Was refused a P.O. Box because I live in a RV Park. Was told this was Postmasters policy. Said people who live in Travel trailers.are considered transits. I had lived at Sunset RV Park for 1 1/2 years and moved to be closer to my daughter. I had P.O. Box in Sunset Tx with no problem. I receive my medications at P.O. Box.
Rudest employees I've ever met! Not helpful what so ever. I asked for tape, I was thrown off because most post offices are helpful so I was confused and stated the post office I was at yesterday had some and he told me he REFUSEDTO HELP ME and told me I should go back to the other post office although at this point I found some medical tape and taped my stuff, I asked him to please ship my stuff so he said ok and took my box and acted like he was going to ship it then TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND SHOVED MY STUFF AT ME
Asked them as a courtesy to put a first name on a certified letter also not just last name. Got a robot verbal loop response with no accountability are desire to make things better for customer...Had to make a formal complaint on line...Certified letters bring bad news it did not belong to my oldest son and I but had to come up on the day off early in the morning when they could have put and initial I 1st name and we would have kept our peace... refuse to change on a local level
