As a new resident in Azle, I was beyond pleased with my experience here at Advanced Automotive Performance. In the past, I have had awful experiences with Car Auto Shops trying to scam me for my money, but Advanced Auto did not do that. They gave me the best rates possible and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I contacted the owner, Steve, where he informed me on the prices and that it would be an easy 10-20 minute fix. The following morning, I went to get my car fixed and met the general manager, Jameson, who was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area and have found the place I will go to for all my future car troubles. It's definitely comforting knowing I found a great local place to turn to!
My son Jordon spent over $600 for these guy to fix his brakes on his 2007 titan. $100 for diagnostics. The guy change the brake booster and said it was done. We when and picked it up before we got home the brakes locked up. I released the pressure and took it back. The guy said he over filled the reservoir, he called the next day and said it was fixed. Before my son got it home he had to avoid hitting the car at the stop light brakes not working very little at all. I took it to a different shop that mechanic had it fixed in a few days, changed the master cylinder and booster he Charged $500. So I went and talked to the mechanic at advanced automotive performance I asked him if he wanted to make it right he said no if there was a problem we should've brought it back. I told him we did and you made it worse I was not going to jeopardize the life of my child. He told me he had no intentions on making it right. Advanced automotive performance completely took advantage of my son. Sending a vehicle out on the highway without working brakes is very unacceptable......:(
Jameson and the guys there bailed me out today! I got myself in a bind with the front shock/strut replacement on my 08 Tundra. Stephen answered my call at 7:00am and had a tow truck at my house within 45 minutes. He coordinated the whole thing. Truck was ready by the end of the work day and I even called half way thru the day and asked them to bleed the brakes. They did it all with a smile and at a fraction of the cost of the places I have experienced in the past. I have a new "local shop"! You wont be dissapointed.
I have always had a great experience with Advanced Automotive Performance. When I call for estimates on work I have always been given accurate and timely estimates, and usually they are able to get my vehicle in for service the same day. When I have taken a vehicle in for work without knowing exactly what is wrong, Jameson has always called to let me know what they have discovered and exactly how much it will cost to do the repair work before they begin. Excellent service!
Easily the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Don't see myself taking our vehicles anywhere else from now on. Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. HIGHLY recommended. This place is the best!!!
